Physical Activity Commitment

I am committing to increase my physical activity! I have fallen out of my exercise habits and have been very sedentary for the last couple of months. I am going to commit to:
- 4 15 minute walks a week - ( I get 2 15 minute breaks a day at work)
- At minimum 3 at home workouts weekly
