Healthy and Active!

I will strive to live a more active and healthy life by increasing my vegetable intake to 3 times daily and getting 10,000 minimum steps a day in; with a 14,000 step goal on at least 3 days per week.  This is a measurable goal for myself using my fitbit and by eating a serving of vegetables with each meal.
