I love working on my trampoline but can only seem to do it 3 times a week.  Once I get on I have to be careful to not over do it, but I love the child-like play of jumping on the trampoline even if I'm doing a routine workout.  My goal is by the end of the year to do 20-30 minutes at least 4X/wk.  If you hate exercise as much as I do...I say talk w/your provider about working out via trampoline!
