Health through activity

I am committing to exercise a minimum of 4X/week.  This will include both cardio and weights.  I LOVE being outdoors, hiking, gardening, traveling.  I want to be able to enjoy it more through better stamina and strength.  I also want to do everything possible to prevent dementia.
