Physical Activity Commitment

My commitment is to stay physically active daily. I plan to do cardio and run outside for 45 minutes at least 3-4 times a week. The other days I plan to workout at home or join a workout group. Staying active will help reduce my stress and help me focus on my physical and mental health. I will be able to concentrate better on schoolwork and decrease my anxiety.
