"I may not be fat, but I have fat to lose." Getting a fitness watch to help keep me focused.  Taking it one day at a time. 

I know that when I exercise I feel better, think clearer, and sleep better, but I find it easy sometimes to just kick back at the end of the day and veg - even tho I know it makes me feel worse.  I have started wearing and paying attention to my Fitbit.  I have started to check it after work each day and then make a plan to get in the rest of my steps before kicking back ...

I really want to be working out in some form 5x/week. Swimming, crossfit, running, yoga

I commit to walking 60 minutes a day at least 4 times a week!

I have been on a better health journey for the past 3 years. I have lost 105 pounds through diet and exercise. My missed days at work were related to hernia repair surgery, not illness.
