I will exercise at least 4 times a week with a goal of 5.  I would like to do cardio on Mon, Wed, Fri and strength training on Tues, Thurs.  My goal is to be able to do 2 pullups unassisted in the next 6 months.

I have joined a cross-fit gym and a strength training program for breast cancer survivors called BUILD.

minimum 5 minutes of activity every day

I will go to the gym 3 times per week

I will commit to walking at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes

I commit to be active at least 3 days a week by exercising at home, going for a run or a hike. 

I would like to increase the distance I walk to 4 miles on those days I am off.  I would also like to do more than float while I am in the pool.

I am making a commitment on doing more physical activities. I am going to encourage myself to take a step outside. By anyways, i'll get myself to the gym and stick with a healthy fitness plan.

I am going to continue making healthy food choices and attending spin class, which has been my biggest workout challenge!

I vow to take my physical health more seriously. I will make working out a priority. I will squeeze in an hour of exercise at least 2 days of the week. 

I would like to switch some of my higher-intensity aerobic activity with lower-intensity aerobic activity in order to promote cardiovascular health, reduce residual stress and fatigue, and optimize the conditions my body needs to make desired improvements (e.g. losing fat while gaining strength). I will try to do this by incorporating 30-60min ...

I plan to make as much time as possible (at least 30 mins) out of my day to doing some kind of physical activity. I normally like to go for runs so I will try to get a routine of running for 30 mins at least 4 days out of the week.

I would like to exercise regulary - at least 4-5 times a week. I would like exercise to become an intergral part of my life.

I commit to activity 30 minutes, 2 days per week.

I commit to 30 or more minutes of exercise 2 days per week.  It is not much, but it is a start!

I commit to walking for 30 minutes at least 4 days a week, elliptical other 3 days at a faster pace for cardio. Light weights and stretching every other day.

I commit to myself the same compassion & encouragement that I offer others.  I commit to my intentions & embrace all action that takes me in the right direction as nothing less than an achievement

Commit to starting an exercise program that includes stretching, use of light weights and aerobics.  Dust off the elliptical and work my way up to 30 minutes per day.

I vow to start walking at least 15 minutes a day.

I commit to doing Piyo 2 days a week for the next 30 days

I am committed to blocking out time to get more physical activity at least 3 days weekly. I plan to not overwhelm myself and take it one day at a time.

30 minutes daily is easy enough to get a workout in - Just need to carve out that time for myself.

I'm going to make time for at least 30 minutes of activity a day,

I commit to getting into a cardio/strength training routine by October 1, 2017.

I am currently in a Boot Camp three days a week for September.  I will add two days a week of exercise so I can start preparing for Spring Goal of 5K.

I would love to commit to doing regular aerobic exercise - along with some weight training - 5/6 days a week.

 I will run/walk x 30 minutes 3 times a week.

I commit to increasing my dog-walking pace to a level that counts as exercise at least once a day, and I commit to drinking more water and cutting out diet soda.

I am going to committ to start walking at least 15 min a day. Currently, I am at zero percent. I will start after the hurricane evacs settle down and committ to walk starting Nov 1 to at least 15 mins, 3 times per week.
