My goal is to run two 5ks this year.  I did one in 2016 and missed my goal in 2017.

I will exercise 30 minutes daily incorportating weights and yoga by May 1, 2018.

I plan to train and compete in one 10k this year.

I mountain bike a lot, but have always hated stretching.  My muscles are very tight and I know the value of stretching.....so I am committing to stretching after each mountain bike and at least 3 times a week.

My resolution is to move 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week. 

I will take my 2 dogs on a walk before and after work each day.

 My picture shows I am an endurance athlete. Now, I feel like I'm stuck inside a foreign body screaming to get out! New goal...start getting out there; even is only a 15min walk three times a week. Start day today!

I will exercise for at least 30 minutes at least 4 days a week.

I resolve to get on the ellipitcal 3 times a week.  Walking the dogs will not count as my exercise regimen.

I commit to walk the dogs twice a week to get more exercise.

I resolve to increase my activity every week to include hitting 10,000 steps, going to the gym for cardio and weights, reminding myself why I want to improve my overall health!

I resolve to take 10,000 steps per day minimum and to increase my physical stamina through five exercise sessions per week.

My resolution is to exercise about 4 times a week and to eat more healthy food (more vegetables, less carbs, etc.) and less snacks. 

I pledge to walk my dog at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes and do 2 days a week of strength training.

Progressively engage in light to more challenging aerobic and muscle strengthening activities at least 3 days a week

I will increase my physical activity to at least 4 times a week and run a half marathon. 

I will reach 10,000 steps per day at least 5 days per week.

With an injured elbow, my strength training and Burpees have been forced to stop :( I will commit to get out and walk at least 4days/week to stay active....maybe some squats.

My steps for last week (1/15/18) were15,399! Thats up from 8,000 the week before! I have to really plan it but its worth it!

Hi, my goal is to make time to exercise three times a week. I love to walk and take spin classes! Its pretty hard to do working full time and working on a doctoral degree but its really important to me and my family to improve my health.Looking forward to increasing my "steps" this week!

I will kickbox at least 2x a week, run 2x a week and strength at least once.  Active everyday in some way even if it's just a walk/yoga. 

I will hit the goal of 10,000 steps/day at least 5 days a week

I plan to engage in 30-45 minutes of aerobic activity 5 times per week throughout the year. It is my goal to run a half marathon in spring 2019.

I plan to walk every day for 20-30 minutes.

I commit to engage in 45 minutes of aerobic activity at least 3 times throughout the work week and once on the weekend. 

Become more active by working out or walking daily.

Go to the gym 3 times a week in the short term, working toward the long term of walking/running a 5K in April.

I commit to 30 minutes of exercise four times a week; Since I now work 10 hours shifts, I have more time in the morning to do this, and am not as tired. I want to lose more weight,remain active, flexible and energetic. When I exercise I feel better and sleep better.

For the month of January, I made a commitment to myself that I would go to the gym at least 3 days a week, and I would go more if I had the opportunity too. I also made the commitment to average at least 10,000 steps a day using my FitBit to track the steps. 

Complete BBG workout 3x/week with low intensity exercise 3x/week.

I plan to swim/bike/run more this month. I want to help train for my triathlon. 

Looking forward to increasing physical activity and boosting my overall health. I am committed to getting in at least 30 minutes of activity per day above walking etc. and eating a healthier diet with more fresh fruits and vegetables (and less carbs!).
