Relevance

I will walk for at least 30 minutes a minimum of 4 times a week by May of 2018.

I commit to working out at the gym at least once a week. I will take the stairs when going to work.

I am committed to doing a physical activity at least 3 times a week. I want to set a good example for my kids of a healthy active lifestyle!

I will continue my self-awareness plan to maintain my health with continues exercise and healthly nutritional choices.

I will obtain a minium of 8500 steps per day.  I will do at least 30 minutes physical activity 6 out of 7 days per week.

To get to the gym 3 times a week.

I will increase my physical activity to 3 times a week.

I plan to increase my activity level from swimming 3 times per week with the Masters Swim Club, to include a 4th day of walking/biking/muscle strengthening.  This will help me towards meeting the recommended guidelines for activity, and include some weight bearing exercise (although not so much w/biking/swimming) to help prevent osteoporosis, ...

This year I'm making a committment to walk 10,000 steps everyday(5 miles). 

I am pledging to increase my physical activity to 30 minutes of exercise at least three times a week.

Engage in strength-training excercise three times per week.

Minimum 15 minutes of yoga everyday, 30 minutes of hatha/flow style 3x week

In an effor to increase my flexibility and improve my overall strength, I will do burpee's at home w/ my girls 5 nights a week.

@katpash You've got this! It's hard at first finding a good spot scheduling -wise but give it some time. I truly disliked waking up and working out right away at first, but once I got into the rhythm of it, it really made my days a lot better.

Great work Jaymee! It definitely gets trickier to find the time for working out, working, and taking care and spending time with our families. I recently had to switch up my schedule and have been struggling to get my workout back in a spot that works for me. Good luck and great work!
