I committ to walking 10,000 steps per day, no matter what!

I commit to 3 days of walking, for at least 45 minutes, each week to increase my energy levels and keep me refreshed. 

I commit to engaging in a minimum of 30 minutes of focused exercise/activity at least 3 times a week. I am committed to increasing my activity. Less time on the couch and in bed napping, and more time spent getting active! I want to be active for myself and for my kids!

I am working on increasing my level of physical activity to promote weight loss and prevent obesity related health disorders. 

I need to be able to keep up with my littles as well.  Looking at all that my 93 year old grandma can do, I need to step up my game :)

I am committing myself to being more active. I want to be able to keep up with my littles!

I have recently joined a gym! My plan is to go 4 days a week. This is my new commitment to myself and this summer!

I want to try to make it a priority to get more exercise and movement for my health, mobility and overall well being

As a student, I spend most of my time sitting to complete school work. I need to start making time to get up and move, even if only for a short while, everyday. 

I plan to find time to exercise which will only help me feel better. I CAN DO THIS!

I commit to running at least 30 minutes 3x/week.  I commit to purchasing a bike by mid-July and ride at least once a week for at least 45 minutes.
