After taking some time off from running the last few years to over come health issues and the excuse not enough time in the day. I am motivated to increase physical activity and find time to run again, become committed sign up for a half marathon! 16 week training plan currently in week 9 going strong.

  I commit to getting some for of exercise 6 out of 7 days either at the gym or the bike trails or long walks with my husband and dog and to continue to maintain my 100 pound weight loss.

Walk 3 miles on Mon., Wed. & Friday. ( Recently modified)  Attend RWJ gym activities on Tues., Thurs. and some Saturdays

I would like to develop a workout routine that is easy to maintain in a timely manner.  I would like to maintain a healthy weight and increase strength.

I want to run 12 miles a week. Hopefully 3 miles a day for 4 days of the week. I want to do this for my mental health and to get into better shape.

I'm going to make that 150 minutes a reality in my life this week.  Walking and biking are my activity of choice.

I need to incorporate more weight training into my exercises.

I am going to add 30 minutes of Elliptical training 3 days a week to my weekly routine.

I commit to walking for one hour every day. I feel more alive and energized when I make time for exercise!

One thing I want to be more diligent about is getting more physical activity in the day. Just starting small as a workout video that is 20 mins long to increase my heart rate and burn energy. This will help with stress, mood, and self confidence.

I commit to walking for at least 20 mins. at least 3 days per week - on my days off, plus doing the 5 Tibetan rites (Fountain of Youth) yoga poses after walking.

@katpash You've got this! It's hard at first finding a good spot scheduling -wise but give it some time. I truly disliked waking up and working out right away at first, but once I got into the rhythm of it, it really made my days a lot better.

Great work Jaymee! It definitely gets trickier to find the time for working out, working, and taking care and spending time with our families. I recently had to switch up my schedule and have been struggling to get my workout back in a spot that works for me. Good luck and great work!
