How Do You Like Your Water?

It's day 3 of the Hydration Challenge!

Today's tip is to find your favorite temp and type of water.

Most people have a preference when it comes to drinking water. Some people like a refreshing ice-cold glass while others like their water bottle at room temperature or even slightly warm.

Although it’s often said that cold water burns more calories, the difference isn’t significant enough to encourage you to drink chilled water if you don’t enjoy it. Some people even prefer certain brands of bottled water to others. Experiment to see what you like best.

Knowing what you like (in terms of temperature and type) may help you drink more. Tell us what you discover and how you did on day 2 in our challenge updates section here or in our private Facebook group

I do find that if my water is room temp or just slightly cool - I do drink more.
I drink my water at varying temps, honestly it doesn’t make much difference to me

I prefer my bottled water at room temperature and have been increasing the amount of water I drink every day on this challenge. More at work is still difficult on the really busy shifts, but I am trying to drink water in place of caffeinated beverages on my night shifts. When I go out to dinner, I ask for iced water with lemon instead of soda now.
Doing well.  I use a 20oz bottle with rubber rinds around it.  Every time you drink a full bottle you move a ring up and then at the end of the day you can calculate your water consumption.
I like this method because I am not obsessing about the ounces and the rainbow rings are fun to look at!
I enjoy my water cold. #healthynurse
I prefer plain water and at room temperature. Chilled or ice cold water make me feel cold all over.
