Pencil It In !
It's day 7 of the Move More! challenge, powered by support from Humana.
Today's tip is pencil in time for fitness. Schedule time to be active. When you’re planning out your day, include time to take a walk or to hit up a class at the gym. Try to time it for a point in the day when you notice your energy slumping. Getting in a workout can help you come back to your desk refreshed.
