It's day 10 of the Stress Less challenge, the last day of our challenge. We hope you’ll use these techniques to keep stress at bay and help you relax whenever you need them.

Today's tip is count your blessings. Joy and gratitude are inextricably linked. The more you give thanks for what you have, the happier and less stressed you’ll be. In fact, there are many benefits to reap from giving thanks.

Consider creating a “Blessings Jar.” Every time your thankful for something, write it down on a piece of paper and put it in the jar. Pick something out to remember whenever you need a pick-me-up. Sign up for our Get Your Gratitude On challenge for more tips.

At the end of the day, a quiet moment of reflection with the one thing I am thankful for written down in my Blessings journal does the trick.

Every night as I am decompressing from the day and trying to relax, I think about what I am thankful for from that day and what made me happy. I am constantly thanking God for my family!
