Today’s activity is a mental one: find your cause.

Take some time to think about issues that are important to you. When looking for a cause to get behind, consider:
  • Illnesses or disease that have had an impact on your family, friends, or patients
  • Ways to support certain populations, such as the homeless, or oppressed groups
  • The needs of your community, such as a new park, school, or theater
  • Charities that help animals, preserve the environment, or support political issues important to you
