Take a few minutes to think about the times in your life when you’ve faced a hardship or had a tough experience. Then see if you can find a silver lining in the situation. For example, maybe you were laid off and it paved the way to finding a job you love. Whatever it is, taking time to flip the script and see good in difficult situations helps build resilience for when the storm clouds roll in again (as they inevitably will).
