What's on Your “makes-me-happy” List?
It's day 1 of the Bring in the Joy challenge. Before you can add more joy to your life, you need to know what makes you joyful. Today, grab a sheet of paper and pen and jot down 10 things that truly fill you up.
What do you love to do? Your list may include getting a massage, spending time with a friend, or dancing to a favorite song. Try to come up with unique, yet simple things you can do when you need a joy boost. Once you have your list, keep it somewhere where you can refer (and add!) to it.
