Dress Up Your Drink!
It's day 6 of the Hydration Challenge! Today's tip is to dress up your drink.
Something as simple as a stylish water bottle or a fun straw can make you more inclined to sip. Check out these water bottles that Health Magazine editors use. Bottles that are BPA-free, stainless steel, or glass are all options that are safer than traditional plastic.
