Welcome to day 4 of the Mindfulness Challenge

Living in the moment isn’t all about being productive (although you might find that you’re able to accomplish more when you fully focus). It’s also important to make time to just be. Instead of feeling guilty for procrastinating, allow yourself 15 minutes to do what you want (read a magazine, close your eyes and rest, take a deep breath, go for a walk, get outside, or sit and do nothing). Whatever it is, sink into it and enjoy it.
