Take Breaks From Technology During The Workday

It's day 5 of the Screen Time Detox challenge!
Getting sucked into email or social media can drain you AND too much time sitting and gazing at your screens puts you at risk for obesity/overweight and digital eye strain. Tomorrow try to take breaks whenever you can and make them as restorative as possible. Here are some things you can do instead:
- Rest with your eyes closed or nap (if allowed by your employer)
- Reflect on the good in your life
- Take a walk outdoors
- Chat with a co-worker
- Do some light stretching
- Hydrate
- Find a cheerful, sunny, or peaceful place to relax
