Process Your Thoughts…in Writing!
Published
Have you tried journaling? It can help with stress, stimulate personal growth, promote peace, and provide other mental health benefits. Journaling can be an ongoing jot down of your thoughts, a letter to yourself, answering prompts, an action-oriented list, whatever you want! There is no right or wrong way to journal. For pointers, read Ways to Use Journaling to Unwind and De-Stress, part of the #healthynurse Mental Health blog series, powered by Capella University.
The Well-Being Initiative (WBI) also offers a five-week guided writing program free of charge responses are anonymous and reviewed and responded to by trained professionals. Sign up to participate here. If you prefer a self-paced option try journal prompts without receiving responses here.
