Congratulations, you made it to the last day of the Building Your Strength Challenge! This 10-day challenge may be over, but you’re not done. Never stop trying to improve your strength.  

Flexibility, balance, and strength are so important for a nurse’s well-being. Stronger muscles give you more strength and stamina, which helps you be the best nurse you can be. Plus, weight-bearing exercises are crucial for maintaining a healthy weight, building stronger bones, and burning calories.
