Keep Building
It's day 10 of the Building Your Strength Challenge, powered by Humana.
Congratulations, you made it to the last day of the Building Your Strength Challenge! This 10-day challenge may be over, but you’re not done. Never stop trying to improve your strength.
Flexibility, balance, and strength are so important for a nurse’s well-being. Stronger muscles give you more strength and stamina, which helps you be the best nurse you can be. Plus, weight-bearing exercises are crucial for maintaining a healthy weight, building stronger bones, and burning calories.
You have the knowledge and ability to keep going. You just have to stay motivated. Here are a few #healthynurse examples to help you keep your eye on the prize:
-
Captain Linda Jo Belsito, RN, MSN, CCM uses her passion for powerlifting to give back to her community.
