When I was in an office, sitting all day definitely was hard. I tried to get up from my desk as much as possible. It is always makes me so happy to see companies striving to help improve their employees health!
This has been there first year I have kept up with exercise and daily activity. My motivation at first was to lose baby weight, but now as I am gaining more control over my limbs and my kids are watching me - my motivation is to teach my kids to be healthy and improve my strength! Family is such a fantastic motivator!!
What an inspiring story!  My grandkids, active vacations and familial heart conditions keep me moving!
