Did you know that 45% of what we do is habit?  Trying to eliminate bad habits is often setting yourself up for failure. The expectations are unrealistic, and the goals are too large.  Instead of eliminating bad habits, experts recommend replacing old habits with healthier behaviors that address your same needs. 

During our Small Steps = Big Changes challenge we will encourage you to develop new micro habits that can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. These habits start with goals that are small, so small that it is impossible to fail. This challenge will help you understand the science behind behaviors as you travel toward improved health.
