The most recent Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend that all individuals eat between three and five servings of whole grains daily.
Why? Because whole grains are packed with nutrients like fiber, protein, and antioxidants. And they’ve been shown to help people maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease.

Are you ready to up your whole-grain game?
