Focusing On Nutrition

I will commit to a healthier diet by decreasing the # of times I eat out or indulge in fast food

I will record my daily food intake on my fitness pal (calories, fat, sodium, fibers, etc.)

I will eat more fruits and veggies and avoid foods with added sugars.

I will track my progress on my phone app (weight loss, sense of well-being).

I will only eat out 2x a week max for four weeks.
