NUTRITION COMMITMENT

As a nurse I am well aware of the nutrition my body needs. I will commit to doing enough preparation to have healthy meals three times every day. This means bringing a lunch to work every day and having meals planned for dinner. I will limit fast food to 1-2 times/week. I will eliminate soda and will stick to water, plain ice tea or other low calorie liquids. I will keep track of all foods eaten at least 5 days/week.
