Healthy on the inside

We can lose weight and appear healthy, however, if we are not eating the proper foods it is all just a facade. Good health starts on the inside. I am committing to eating less refined sugar (chocolate is my weakness) and increasing fruit and vegetable intake. I have looked through my food diary and have noticed that vegetables are not making the list on a daily basis. I have also taken notice to the fact I am not keeping myself as hydrated as I should. When at work I am very good at making sure the residents eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids, I need to treat myself the same.
