Decrease fat in my diet

I am trying to lose weight. I have lost 85 lbs. since 2013 and am continuing to try. I realize the increased amounts of fats in foods are something I can change in my diet.
Drinking skim milk, decreasing the amount of cheese, limiting the sugar free candies with fat, and limiting beef.
This is my goal.
