Make Better Nutritional Choices

I have been working on food choices for 2018.  I have gone gluten free for health reasons an that has helped.  I am trying to limit beef to 1 X week and eat more fish, fresh vegetables, and fruits.  Eat less starches and sweets.  I am committed to getting my BMI within normal range by the end of the year.  I started the year at just over 30 and sit at 27.71 currently.
