I'm committed to consuming less sugar!

I'm a new grad, and upon gaining employment decided to work nights. My coworkers tend to make pretty healthy choices when it comes to snacks, only bringing the occasional sugary snack. Last week I was the one who showed up with a bag of candied popcorn and two types of fundraiser candy. I'm committing to bringing fruit, and/or healthier options like dates to snack on when that late night sugar craving comes on. I'm simultaneously working on a couple of other things, such as getting more rest and getting the most of my time off by exercising, practicing martial arts, and spending time with my family.
