I made a commitment- I started on Sept 5, 2018-ending soon OCT 5, 2018

I have never felt so good.
This is not for the faint of heart, and it takes a lot of food prep and shopping for "real" food.
* no sugar
All my sugar cravings are at bay, and I am looking forward to eating this way during the week and having one TREAT DAY A WEEK!
****NO more DAILY TREATS!***
TREAT DAY- once a week - PROGRESS PEOPLE!!!!!
