Decrease sugar intake

													I have a sweet tooth and love carbs.  I love a soft pretzel with a coca cola!  My office has a big stash of candy, always!  And boy, does that sweet stuff look good when things get stressful!  So my plan is to eat with intention.  I will get back to prepping healthy lunches and snacks on the weekend.
