Avoid Snacking

I do a lot of my work on the computer and cannot seem to resist snacking on sweet and salty snacks. I commit to decrease the amount of snacking I do by at least 75% in the next month. I will increase the amount of healthy snacking I do by having a piece of fruit or a small piece of cheese or other protein in it's place.
