To Cut Off Sugar Intake

I will make a commitment to avoid/lessen my weekly  intake of sugary food like cupcakes, doughnuts, ice cream, sweet juices and cola. Instead I will replace them with healthier ones for example I will eat fruits instead of cupcakes and ice cream for dessert,  and drink water instead of cola and sweet juices.
