I commit to a new bedtime routine that supports my overall health—one habit at a time. Once I’m relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep, I close my eyes and say to myself: “I feel full and satisfied through the night. I’ll repeat it about ten times—either out loud or silently in my mind. It’s a small practice, but it helps me stay mindful, avoid unnecessary snacking, and trust that my body has what it needs.
