Drinking more water!

I am making a personal commitment to increase my daily water intake to promote better hydration and overall well-being. My goal is to drink at least two- 40 oz cups of water each day. Between classes, clinicals, and everything else going on, it’s easy to forget to drink water. I am hoping that by preparing my waters the night before, I will be more motivated to drink them since they are ready to grab!

@Bella Rodriguez Awesome commitment! I also got 40oz cups to encourage me to drink more but I never thought to prepare two of them! Thank you for the great idea!
