Eating more protein

I commit to eating more protein every day. I want to complete this by eating whole foods that are healthy, nutritious, and taste good! I want to eat at least 50g of protein every day.

@Lauren F Great commitment! I've been working on this for the past few months too! (I've been using plain Greek yogurt to thicken up soups, and as a sub for sour cream which has been an easy bump to my meals) This article has some great ideas for adding more protein too!
