Eating Healthy!

I am commititng to eating a lot healthier diet. I want to include more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I also want to start cooking more and finding new healthy delicious recipes that I enjoy. I am committed to do this for a couple months and hopefully it continues to stick. Also determined to find an affordable way to accomplish this goal, whether that is meal prepping or only buying ingredients that I can use for multiple meals. But, overall I can not wait to start this colorful, healthy, and whole diet!
