I make a commitments to fitting all of the food groups in my diet. If I could I would eat rice and beans for every meal and don't eat enough protein. I would like to include all the food groups to better myself physically and have my body be the healthiest version of myself that I can be. It can be hard as a college student to take the time to fit in healthy meals and take time to cook. However as a nurse I know it is important to feed my body the food it deserves.
