Healthy ways to deal with stress

Like many Nurses, I work in a consistently stressfull environment. I would like to take time to find healthy ways to cope with stress and try to change the way i perceive stress in a negative aspect versus a positive one. I want to spend more time outdoors, do more yoga, and read more books.
