Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night

I often get only 6 hours of sleep per night except weekends when I usually get 9.  I feel so much better when I get 8-9 hours, so I need to focus on trying to consistently get 8 hours of sleep and not just on the weekends when I'm not working.
