HEALTHY SLEEPING HABITS

I commit to 7 hours of sleep per day!
I also would like to limit my naps to 30 minutes or less (3x/week max), as longer naps may disturb my ability to sleep throughout the night. 
Ideally, I would like to have a sleep schedule that is consistent Sunday-Saturday, regardless if I'm working in the hospital that day or not (may fluctuate by an hour between bed time/rise time)
GOAL: 7 hours of sleep at night (10/11pm - 5/6am)
