Breathe
Published
I commit to taking a few minutes today to check in with myself. Even something as simple as focusing on my breath can help reset my mind and body. Here's one way to do it: Breathe in slowly, and notice the temperature of the air. Cooler on the inhale, warmer on the exhale. Keep your focus there for about ten minutes. No pressure—just notice. Why this helps: When you bring your attention to your breath, it signals your nervous system to slow down. This simple shift can reduce stress, improve focus, and give you a moment of calm in a demanding day. Small habit. Big impact.
