Getting much needed (AND DESERVED) sleep!

As a nursing student in their FINAL semester (praise the Lord) and also balancing the role of being a toddler parent, sleep is typically the first thing sacrificed to make sure that every task is completed off of my mental to-do list. This leaves me feeling fatigued or as if I’m dragging along most days.
I commit to sleeping for at least 7 hours a night so I can feel more energized for school and parenthood!
