Stress commitment

I am making a commitment to rest. It can be very hard for me to feel like I can set time aside for myself to rest, yet I end up feeling like I am not able to focus because of it. This turns into a cycle of me not being able to focus and also a negative effect to my mood. I want to make it my goal to increase me rest, whether that be time set aside each night/morning for myself to read or getting more sleep during the week.
