Commitment to more sleep!

I have neglected to get enough sleep for the past two years and have felt it catching up with me! I am committing to getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night and building this habit before I jump into my first job as an RN. I want to build healthy habits around giving myself enough rest so that I can properly take care of others!
