Improve Sleep Amount and Timing

My goal for this semester is to get the minimum of 8 hours of sleep a night, ideally as consistently in both nights and timing of sleep as well. So far in this semester I have been all over the place in my bedtimes and wake ups and I would like to get that dialed in as it has been affecting me every way. I am tired in my classes and weak in the gym and just generally lazy all afternoon as I am running off little sleep. So yea goal for the semester is to sleep more!
