Rest and Reset

I want to become a rester! I am not getting great sleep, and I would love to feel more energetic and present. I hope that doing this challenge will encourage me to go to bed before midnight daily, and wake up feeling refreshed instead of exhausted. Cannot wait to begin this commitment!
