Adequate Rest

This semester, I want to commit to getting 8 hours of sleep every night. I have been consistently only getting around 5-6 hours and I see the toll it has been taking on my well being. It affects all aspects from my performance in school to my immune health. I have realized sleep is essential to success and that is why I want to commit to this.
